2008-2009 Exhibit Information
We encourage vendors to register early for participation at the 53rd Annual MCSS State Professional Development Conference. Your company can receive a savings of at least $100 by registering early to exhibit. Early exhibit registration deadline is October 3, 2008. Payment for all exhibitors and sponsors is due January 9, 2009. Exhibit space is limited. Exhibit registration will close on December 19, 2008.

CONFERENCE RAFFLE
To further enhance attendance in the exhibit hall and to keep attendees interested and alert until the very last minute, items will be raffled off prior to the closing of the exhibit hall. To contribute an item to the raffle, please check the on the Contract Agreement form marked CONFERFENCE RAFFLE DONATION. Included with your donation is a 30 character statement that will be read at the raffle at the time your item is drawn. Please return the completed form no later than February 2, 2009.
BAG DONATION
The bag insert is an opportunity to share information and products with attendees that advertise your company and also leave the potential client with a token that keeps your brand in mind at all times. We would like to offer this chance to provide a bag insert for attendees and ask that you complete this particular portion and increase your visibility at this event. Bag donations need to be delivered to the Amway grand Hotel & Plaza on February 7, 2009.
To participate in the bag insert, please provide 600 of each donation item to be placed into a 16"W x 12"H tote bag.
Suggested items include: Coffee Mugs, fanny packs, hats, key chains, magnets, markers, note pads, pens, travel mugs or company brochure.
